Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 October 2026. Using Exclusive Sports Portal (https://exclusivesportsportal.life/en) means you have read these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. The Portal offers journalistic and teaching information about NFL Fantasy Football for the 2026 season, written for a public in Spain. It is not a gambling operator, it does not intermediate bets, and it does not pay cash prizes.
1. What the service is
The service is static pages of editorial content: a glossary, news, a position guide, a stadium gallery, frequently asked questions and a lineup builder with a salary cap. The drive simulator is a piece of entertainment, not a prediction engine. Rosters, scores and start/sit advice are the desk's opinions. A manager who starts or sits a player because of this text makes their own decision. The NFL, the teams and the brands named belong to their owners; they are mentioned in order to inform, not as sponsorship or an official affiliation.
2. Permitted and prohibited use
You may read, share the canonical link of a piece and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not copy the whole site, present the content as your own, attack the server's availability, introduce malware or use the form for spam, threats or third-party data without a legal basis. You also may not use the Portal to run a game of chance that collects stakes if that requires a licence you do not have: the site is not your betting infrastructure. A breach can mean access is blocked and, where it applies, the legal action provided by the Spanish Criminal Code and the LSSI-CE.
3. Intellectual property
The texts, the design, the site's own HTML/CSS/JS and the Exclusive Sports Portal name belong to the desk, unless another source is named. Stadium images, board portraits and action images are illustrations made for this site. They are not official photographs and they do not document a contract. Exclusive Sports Portal is not licensed by the NFL or the clubs. If you own a right and believe a piece infringes it, write to [email protected] with the URL, a description of the right and a statement of your standing. We will review the request in good faith.
4. Accuracy and disclaimer
The injury report, the previews and the scoring tables can be out of date within hours: the NFL changes an inactive at 19:00 CET and this page does not rewrite itself. We do not guarantee continuous availability or the absence of typos. The Portal is offered “as is”. To the extent Spanish law allows, we are not liable for losses in private leagues, for lineup decisions or for hosting interruptions. This limit does not cover harm the law forbids excluding, in particular harm caused by wilful misconduct or by injury to consumer rights that cannot be waived.
5. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For disputes with consumers resident in Spain, the courts of the consumer's home are competent, under the rules that protect consumers and users. The reference language is Spanish. Official communications go to [email protected]. We may update these terms; the date at the top marks the current version. Use after a substantial change, announced on this page, means you accept it. The privacy and cookie pages are part of the same contractual frame for using the site.
6. The draft board
The lineup builder applies a cap of 120,000,000 USD, a maximum of three players from the same club, and a starting eleven of 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 FLEX, 1 K and 1 DEF. Those rules belong to this board, not to your league if your league scores differently. The budget is virtual. Nothing is charged, nothing is deposited and nothing can be withdrawn. The drive simulation is an entertainment narrative generated in the browser. It does not predict a real game. The roster is not sent to our server. It is stored in that browser's local storage, under the key esp_lineup, with only the identifier of each slot. It does not include a name or an email. It stays there until you clear the site data.
7. Marks, teams and player names
The NFL, franchise names and player names belong to their owners. We use them to report on a sport and on a roster game. There is no sponsorship, official licence or affiliation. Exclusive Sports Portal is not licensed by the NFL or the clubs. A stadium illustration names the building. An action illustration shows a position. The board portrait is not an official photograph of the player. If a rights holder wants us to review a piece, the email is [email protected], with the URL, a description of the right and a note of standing.
8. The form and conduct
The Contact form is for corrections, scoring questions and story ideas. It is not a channel for bets, prizes or third-party data you have no reason to send. Do not send advertising, threats or chain messages. We may leave unanswered a message that has nothing to do with the Portal and, if the use is abusive, block the technical route that fits. A successful send shows a notice on the page itself. A failed send does not create a duty to reply.
9. Availability
The site is offered as is. There will be hosting outages, writing errors and injury reports that are already old on the same Friday. We do not promise that the board will work in every old browser or that a page will load if your network drops. The limit on liability does not cover what Spanish law forbids excluding, in particular wilful misconduct and the non-waivable rights of consumers.
10. Links that leave the Portal
The news links the source: CBS Sports, FOX Sports, TSN, NFL.com, Football Database, ESPN or another we cite. Following the link means you leave this domain and enter that site's terms. We do not control its text, its cookies or its changes. A link is not a betting recommendation and it is not a commercial deal. If a source corrects a figure, the source's correction controls. We will correct the piece when we see it or when someone points it out.
11. What you write to us
We use the form message to reply. It does not give us a duty to publish your text or to pay you for an idea. Do not paste into the form a text you are not free to share. If you suggest a topic, we may write it in our own words or not write it. The privacy policy explains how long that email is kept.
12. If a clause is void
If a court declares one sentence of these terms void, the rest stays in force. The void clause is treated as unwritten in whatever goes beyond the law, and it is replaced by what the rule provides. That applies, for example, to a liability limit a court finds too broad against a consumer. It does not turn the Portal into a sportsbook.
13. Consumers in Spain
If you use the site as a consumer resident in Spain, the consumer-protection rules sit above any sentence on this page that contradicts them. The venue is your home when those rules say so. There is no purchase, so there is no withdrawal from an order: there is no order. The right to withdraw from paid goods and services does not start, because nothing is paid here.
14. Term, language and contact
The date at the top is the current version. Spanish is the reference language. A substantial change is published at this same URL. The privacy and cookie pages are part of the frame for using the site: if one of them says there is no checkout, these terms do not create one by another route.
