Exclusive Sports Portal started from a conversation that repeats every September: a group of friends wants to play Fantasy NFL and half the table does not know whether Flex is a player or an injury. The other football, the one with the oval, the helmet and the salary cap, is still a late-night habit for a lot of people. We write for that table.
The mission
Make the NFL easier to follow without mangling the concepts. A draft is not a raffle. A touchdown is not a goal. PPR is not a trick to complicate your life: it is a format that rewards the receiver who works with his back to the defense. If a term stays in English, it is because that is how managers use it. If it needs a sentence beside it, we write one.
We are not competing with the late-night broadcasts or with the accounts that post a roster at 3:40. We are competing with the silence: the lack of a place that explains the waiver wire as if the reader had never heard the word waiver.
How we work
The desk covers three fronts. The first is teaching: glossary, FAQ and the position guide. The second is weekly: injury report, start/sit and waiver wire. The third is context: stadiums, the schedule and the reason behind a trade that otherwise arrives as a three-word headline.
Stadium images, board portraits and action shots are illustrations. They are not official photographs and they are not a public archive. They help you recognize a position or a building, not an NFL contract. Exclusive Sports Portal is not licensed by the NFL or the clubs.
2026 season
This season the portal focuses on 12-team PPR leagues, the format spreading fastest among new managers. The lineup builder is on /draft and also on the home page. Salary cap of 120 million, limit of 3 per club.
If you want to write, correct a term or propose a league between the desk and readers, use the contact form. We read during weekday hours, not at 2:15 after Monday Night.
